Julie’s (Marshall) Famous Fudge Recipe-Sandy Harris

Use Symphony milk choc-bars for the creamiest fudge ever.

3 Large Symphony Bars or 4 if they are only 5oz.
1-Pint Cream
4cups sugar
1cup butter  (cut up in small pieces)

Mix cream and sugar together in deep pot.
Boil until 225-228 or almost a soft boil.
Remove from heat & add butter pieces, don’t stir just let it melt.
Then pour over broken up chocolate bar pieces in large bowel.
Mix with electric mixer until well blended.
Then pour into ungreased oblong cake pan.
