7-Up Salad

Dissolve:
1 Lrg. Pkg. Lemon Jello     in   2 C. Boiling Water
Chill and add 12 oz. bottle (1 ½ C.) 7-Up

Chill until partly set and fold in:
2 Lrg. Bananas   1 Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 ½ C. Mini Marshmallows   *reserve juice for topping
Pour into 9X12 pan and chill until set.

Topping:
½ C. Sugar   1 C. Pineapple Juice
2 Tblsp. Flour   1 Egg—well beaten
Cook until thick over low heat.  Cool thoroughly and fold in 1 C. Whipped Cream (Cool Whip).  Spread on salad. Sprinkle with grated cheese or nuts.
