Julie’s (Marshall) Famous Fudge Recipe-Sandy Harris

Use Symphony milk choc-bars for the creamiest fudge ever.

3 Large Symphony Bars or 4 if they are only 5oz.
1-Pint Cream
4cups sugar
1cup butter  (cut up in small pieces)

Mix cream and sugar together in deep pot.
Boil until 225-228 or almost a soft boil.
Remove from heat & add butter pieces, don’t stir just let it melt.
Then pour over broken up chocolate bar pieces in large bowel.
Mix with electric mixer until well blended.
Then pour into ungreased oblong cake pan.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie (JoDell Dayley)

1 C. Sugar   ½ C. Oil or Butter or Marg.
1 Egg   1 C. Canned Pumpkin
1 tsp. Vanilla   1 tsp. Milk
2 tsp. Baking Powder   1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon   ½ tsp. Salt
2 C. Flour   1 sml. pkg. Chocolate Chips

Mix all ingredients together.  Bake 375* for 10 minutes.

Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie (Zabrina James)

¾ C. Crisco   1 ¼ C. Brown Sugar
2 Tblsp. Milk   1 Tblsp. Vanilla
1 Egg   1 ¾ C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt   ¾ tsp. Soda
1 C. Chocolate Chips   1 C. Pecans

Mix all ingredients together.  Bake 375* for 8-10 minutes.

No Bake Cookies

To feed a crowd:   To feed a family:
4 lbs. Sugar   1 lb (2 C.) Sugar
¾ C. Cocoa   ¼ -1/3 C. Cocoa
1 lb. Butter   1 Cube Butter
2 C. Milk   ½ C. Milk
¼ tsp. Salt   Pinch of Salt
2 C. Peanut Butter   ½ C. Peanut Butter
2 Qrts. Instant Oatmeal   2 C. Oatmeal or more
4 tsp. Vanilla   1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, milk, and salt in pan.  Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute.  Add peanut butter, vanilla, and oats.  If desired, add chopped peanuts and/or cocoanut.  Drop on wax paper.

Turtle Cookies

3 Cubes Margarine (melted)   2 ¼ C. Flour
2 ¼ C. Quick Oatmeal   ½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda   2 ¼ C. Brown Sugar

Mix together until crumbly.  Put ½ of mixture in greased 9X13 pan.  Bake 350* for 10 minutes.  Sprinkle 12 oz. Real Chocolate Chips on top of crust.  Melt 1 lb. of Caramels with 2 Tblsp. Milk and pour on top.  Put remaining crust mixture on top.  Bake 350* for 15 minutes.  Cool and cut in squares.

Turtles (Waffle Cookies)

½ C. Melt Margarine   2/3 C. Sugar
2 Eggs   1 C. Flour
6 Tblsp. Cocoa   1 tsp. Vanilla

Mix all ingredients together.  Drop by spoonfuls onto a medium-hot waffle iron (spray with Pam).  Cook for 1 minute, remove immediately.  Add flour if they stick.

Frost with chocolate frosting.

Scripture Cookies

¾ C. Margarine   1 tsp. Salt
1/3 C. Milk   ½ tsp. Soda
1 ½ C. Sugar   3 C. Oats
2 Eggs   1 C. Raisins
1 tsp. Cinnamon   2 C. Flour

Combine all ingredients.  Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet.  Bake 350* for 15 minutes.

Raisin Cookies

Boil (can be done in microwave)
1 C. Raisins   1 C. Water
Add:
1 tsp. Soda   ½ tsp Salt
Combine:
1 C. Sugar   1 tsp. Cinnamon   
1 Egg   ½ C. Oil

Add alternately, liquid ingredients and 2 C. Flour. 
Add 1 C. Nuts. 
Spread on a cookie sheet.  Bake 375* for 15 minutes.  Glaze.

Father’s Day Incredible Cookie

1 Cube Margarine      ½ tsp. Soda
¼ C. Brown Sugar      ½ tsp. Vanilla
½ C. Sugar      1 C. Chocolate Chips
1 Egg

Spread on pizza pan.  Bake 400* for 10-15 minutes.
